I think i forgot one letter on the sending address on a letter i mailed out, will it still be sent!?

Most likely yes. If you get it to the correct city and zip code, then most likely it will be deliverable. If the automated machinery kicks it out, it will still get to the post office for delivery to be hand sorted. Most of the clerks handling the non machinable mail are familiar enough with the addresses that it will get to the correct carrier. The time you really run into problems is if you have the street number wrong or in an area with apartments or businesses that have suite numbers and the suite number is omitted.
