How To Upgrade Minecraft Account To Premium?

Minecraft account to Premium. Didn't work. PLEASE HELP!?

So I tried upgrading a regular Minecraft account to Premium through Mojang and they use Moneybookers. Apparently, Moneybookers are a scam company. So anyways, the transaction went through and I got the email notification and all was good until my account wasn't upgraded. I went to the help link in the forums and that asked for my name, Minecraft username, email, message, problem, and the one I have a problem with, the Transaction ID. I received absolutely NO TRANSACTION ID from the CONFIRMATION email. So I am stuck trying to get my non-premium account to premium, and pretty much $21.95 less in my bank. I NEED HELP! So all I am asking is, Did I get scammed and there's no way to fix it, deal with the problem, continue to get my account to work, or go on a rampage to the company Moneybookers? The answer that solves my problem will get best answer!

I just downloaded my free Minecraft premium account from http://www.minecraftaccess.net/ ! You can get a free one aswell. I tested it, and it indeed is premium and works like a charm :o
