Where can I find Applebee's kitchen work?

I got assaulted at work can some one give me advise!?

• hi i am a kitchen porter and a chef assaulted me and he is on steroid's. I have been getting verbal abuse from my co-worker (aaron) for awhile now and i have reported it to my line manager but he said it was banter and i will get that were ever i work. Aaron always takes the micky out of my nose or out of me of me in general it has started to annoy me lately. so i was at work the other day and i was peeling carrots and another kitchen porter asked me what was on the menu tonight, so i told him what was on and he asked me would anything burn? So i simply said yes the enchiladas will burn to the trays. At this point aaron had overheard me talking and stated that nothing ever burns when he is working. This is how it kicked off, me: aaron most things burn when any chef is working aaron: when do i ever burn anything? me: gravy pot, soup pot, custard..... (i named everything that normaly burns) aaron: Awwww look at me im paddy i have a massive nose boohoo!! this is normal for him to say and it annoyed me, my head chef told me to say something that will offend him next time he says anything like that again so i did, me: at least im not going to be working here for the rest of my life (didnt go down to well) aaron: at least im not going to be something im not like a security guard your not even big enough ahahaha who would be scared of you! me: well im not the one thats 23 and got a 16 year old girl pregnant! (this is when he snapped) He then walked over to me bright red shouting picked me up and throw me across the kitchen my fellow kitchen porter held him back i just sat there on the floor trying to work out what just happened. He shouted at me when i was on the floor "wind me up again and i will kill you!" at this point the head chef ran out and told aaron to get out of the kitchen and go home. He asked me if i was alright i had hurt my elbow (i think its just bruised) after about 10 minutes the catering manager was in the kitchen office asking what has happened, straight away he took aarons side because he knows aaron outside of work and aarons mum and dad work for the company and they had come up to the kitchen all guns blazing and straight away he offered aarons job back and made me apologize to him because aaron was angry (proberly because of the steriods). after all this he was aloud back into the kitchen and hes acting like nothing has happened, my manager also told me not to write it down in the accident book because i could loose my job aswell so i didnt write it down as i hadnt properly injured myself. My boss has hidden all of this from his boss aswell told her that there was an argument but it is all sorted now so she doesnt no anything that happened. I find it awkward in the work place now as i dont want to say the wrong thing to aaron incase it happens again and i cant talk to him because i really cant stand him anymore. i have asked for my contract and terms and conditions and this got my boss very worried and he hesitated to go give them to me but when he went into my folder i hadnt even signed my contract i have been working there for 2 years now. This just shows how good he is as a boss so i signed my contract today. i dont want to feel awkward in my work place anymore and i dont want to feel like my boss and aaron are out to get me because i will be dropping them both in it. i no i shouldnt of said what i said but when you get it pretty much everyday i wanted him to feel how annoying it is. please can someone give me advise on what actions i can take or what i can do. thanks paddy (kitchen porter)
