How come I always lose friends because of my learning disability ?

I have an learning disability and I often lose friends after they know about my disability. I have an friend who is from an arabic american family and ever since his parents knew about my disability they never want me to talk to him ever again. I noticed that I always lose my friends mainly because of my learning disability. I get treated like trash by asian and middle eastern people and no one seems to want to be my friend anymore. How come I always lose friends because of my learning disability ??
