Why wont XBOX Live work for me? ADVANCED USERS PLEASE HELP!?

So i open up NHL 12 and i go to Xbox Live and click on "Online Game Play" and a message pops up, saying "Your gamer profile doesnt have the permissions to access this feature". The same message pops up on everything having to do with Xbox Live, i have 3 accounts, and it does the same thing with all three of them. Is there a different thing i have to sign up for? Or is it just my profile permissions? Please help! I just really want to play online with my friends, advanced users please help! Thanks

You need to pay for Xbox Live if you don't have a membership....$50 a year. If it's just your profile permissions, you might want to try going to your family settings to check if you have any parental controls on or something like that.

maybe you need to puchase more xbox live go to gamestop and ask for xboxlive gold its 20 to 60 depending on how long you want it
