If celebrities were to stay in a hotel in Philadelphia it would be one of the most fancy, big, expensive hotels in the area. The most popular hotels that celebrities do tend to stay in are the hotels downtown. You should call the most fancy hotels you think that celebrities would stay at and ask if celebrities have stayed there before. You would be able to easily tell if a celebrity were to be inside of the hotel because there would be a lot of fans standing outside of the hotel or in the lobby.
