Does anyone know a study abroad program for an american highschool student?

Hello, I am currently a sophomore in high school and I would like to do an exchange student type of program in England. Can anyone recommend a program? I have found this: http://www.study-abroad-uk.com/ but I want to know if it is a legitimate program? Thanks!
