Does anyone know of any free webcam chatrooms?

My Dell WebCam Central has stopped working. Anyone know how to fix this?

My Webcam has stopped working. It frustrates me because it doesn't even tell me the problem. It just says "Dell Webcam Central has stopped working. Windows is searching for a solution to the problem..." And then a minute later a new window pops up and says they couldn't find a solution so Windows is closing the program. And then it just cancels the webcam. Anyone know what to do to make it work again?
