Theme apps and apps for teenage girls on android?

I don't really like the format or software on my phone. Are there any free apps that let you put themes on your phone and not just on specific apps? I have tried the GO brand, but I have to download multiple apps for that and its just kind of a hassle. Also, I'm getting bored of the apps already on my phone. What are some really good apps that people don't get sick of easily, are convenient, and don't force a lot, or just some good apps for teenage girls? Thank you (:
