Taiwan has tampons and pads, but they aren't the same brands we're used to in North America (Tampax Pearl, OB, Always, etc). I personally hate pads and tampons in Taiwan (don't feel that they're as advanced and are still bulkier like the ones in the 90s and early 2000s), so bring your own!
