How Come I Do Excercise And im gaining weight?!?

i have been running on the treadmill and instead of losing weight i've gained weight! it doesnt make sense i started when i weighed 54.3kg and no i weigh 55.9kg?! I'm 5ft 5

There are two possibilities with this... One, your calorie intake is higher than your output.This means you either need to run more, or eat less. If you don't burn off all the calories you eat, it'll still get stored as fat, and will not be burned off until you do either one of these options. Two is dependant... How skinny/fatty were you before you started running? If you were skinny before, you will be gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you have been running for long, and tiring your legs out, you will gain muscle on your legs - which have HUGE amounts of muscle/potential on them. However you were to begin with, this is possible - even if you are burning up all your calories. Its a good thing if this is what is happening, but if you absolutely hate the idea, then lower the speed/intensity and lengthen the time a little. How long have you been running?

Well you gotta be eating healthy. And go to the gym twice a day. Also your body will adapt to the treadmill and you wont be losing weight so switch it up every month. I recemond you hop on the elliptical. That's how I lost my weight 'cause while you're on the elliptical you're using your whole body. And keep this in mind high intensity = cardio/low intensity = fat burn. When you're on the treadmill, elliptical, steps, or bike you should be on there for 1hr - 1hr 30min twice a day and you should move slow. Basically once you're done you shouldn't be dying for air. Have your rest days though but do not have a cheat day. Also you need protein I recemond IsoFlex. The IsoFlex has 120 calories per scoop but don't worry those are good calories. Drink it with skim milk or water before and after your workouts. You also need multivitamins. I recemond centrum and you also need good fats in your body. I recemond omega 3-6-9. Good luck.

You might run and still be gaining weight. Because you might run but still eat like a hungry bear. The only way to lose weight is to exercise and have a healthy diet. For a healthy diet i advise you to visit a nutritionist or at least, a personal trainer. Cheers!

exercising is to build muscle people dont realize that you loose weight by eating healthy and cutting back on junk food thats the cause of being big. so go on a die that works for you and exercise to keep the weight off.

Well it depends a lot on your diet!. Eat more carbs before a workout , and protein after. Cut down on food high in fat and sugar. Also muscles weighs more than fat, so when leg muscle develops take that into consideration
