How can an athlete lose leg fat?

I'm 14 yrs old, female, 5ft 8, and i weigh 126lbs. My BMI is 19.2 and i tried to calculate my body fat % but it's not accurate.. it's somewhere between 21-25%. I've been playing vball at a high lvl for many years and I have a personal trainer for my vertical and vball practice mon,wed,thurs,sat for 2-3 hrs and tournaments very often. This yr, I've gained sooo much fat. I hate it, it's depressing but I don't understand why bc i eat well (I eat more than average bc im more active than the average person) and i exercise so much. I haven't gained weight but it looks like a gained fat on my body... How can I get rid of my inner leg fat + extra butt and abs fat? My thighs have gotten at least an inch wider. (I do On Demand toning+cardio also) Please give me some ideas what to do that don't make me lost muscle... volleyball players need leg muscles to jump and my verticals only 9ft3 so i need all the muscles i have but not the fat

Ride a bike or a stationary bike. It's really good for toning your thighs.
