Hmmmm, seems you asked this same question in another topic. Pack for the various activities of the cruise including exercise wear, swim wear, formal wear, casual clothes for the daytime and sports/resort casual clothes for after 6:00 PM. After you lay out clothes to pack look at what you have and try to eliminate as much as you can; think mix and match tops and bottoms and plan to wear each piece twice; or do laundry on ship (or use the laundry service). Don't over pack because you will spend most of every day in swim wear and/or shorts. Plan to wear each piece of clothing at least twice. On formal nights you can go all the way formal in a gown or party dress or just wear your Sunday best. Pack shoes for the various activities like beach shoes, sandals and/or flip flops, sneakers and good walking shoes, and shoes to wear sports casual and formal. Take at least two set of swim wear so what you wear one day will have time to dry completely before you wear it again. If you like to style you may want to bring three sets and 3 or 4 pairs of shorts and tops. Prepare a carry-on bag: MP3 player and its charger and headphones, camera and its charger or extra batteries, a books or two; a large insulated cup with a seal-able lid. Plan carefully what you want to wear when you board the ship because the ship's photographer will take a boarding photo which you may want to purchase and you will be in those clothes all day and evening. Your luggage may not get to your cabin until about 5-6:00 PM. Take a small carry-on bag for the last night of the cruise. On the last evening you will be required to put your luggage outside your cabin by about midnight to 2:00 AM so that they can start taking it down to the lower deck for offloading the next morning. So you will need a small bag for your toiletries and your clothes that you sleep in. - If you are taking your cell phone, laptop, MP3 player or other item that needs to be plugged in take an extension cord as the plugs in the cabin are generally not in the best places and there are usually only one. Your cabin will have towels and soap provided, including pool and beach towels, and a hair dryer. It will also have a generic hair shampoo so you do not need to bring that unless you like a specific brand. Don't bring an iron, its a prohibited item and it will be confiscated until after the cruise. You can bring your flat iron or curling iron. The best way I have found to take liquor on ship is to buy a few mini-bottle of your favorite; like the ones they sell on planes, and pack them in with other small toiletry bottles, roll them in a sock and stuff them in a shoe. The goal is for there NOT to be something that looks like a fifth of liquor when they scan your luggage. They are looking for big bottles mostly so spread out some small bottles. The ship has a disco and admission is free. Take a look at the ship you'll be on on this Carnival link: http://www.carnival.com/cruise-ships.asp%E2%80%A6

People have got onboard sneaking alcohol on, but plenty have been caught too so its at your own risk that you try it, if you get caught you wont be aloud onboard then thats your trip and money wasted for some pre drinking. Theres always nigthclubs onboard these ships and loads of activities and places for you to have fun. Do some research on your ship and you will see what you can do onboard.

First of all about the sneaking on of liquor. Do not even try it. They will catch you and take it away from you. And you will be in serious trouble. I THINK you can bring on alcohol from the places you are going, but do not hold me accountable. For the clothes just pack what you would normally wear. Usually cruises have formal nights in the dining halls so I would pack a cocktail dress or two. The length of your cruise will determine how many formal nights you have. A seven-day cruise has two. I have only been on seven-day cruises. I know that five-day cruises have one, but not sure about more or less days. Cruises usually have night clubs and dance clubs. Trust me, there will be plenty to do.

Pack what you would for any vacation. As far as the alcohol goes, sure, some people have been successful on sneaking it on, but I wouldn't recommend it. Is it really worth risking getting caught so you can save $2.50 a drink? I wouldn't want to start drinking right away anyway, you have to do a boat drill before you can even set sail.

Because being drunk on a boat is super awesome! No need to worry about getting extra sea sick or falling overboard because you can't walk or see straight...

Heyy! I am guessing you are going on a seven day cruise! I have been on four cruises so here it is! This is the list that I always keep in mind when going on a cruise: If you are like me I like to have plenty of clothes so I don't have to do laundry (it's super expensive) so I bring one pair of shorts or mini skirt per day. Making seven for you. then I bring about two shirts for everyday just in case making fourteen for you Then I would probably bring about two pairs of sandals, two pairs of flip flops, one pair of tennis shoes (for if you go hiking at one of the islands or go to the gym on the ship), and one pair of dressy shoes that will match both of your outfits. Then at least three swimsuits so that you wont have to wear a wet swimsuit at all. Lots of underwear lol a few bras a few pairs of socks only like four pairs of PJ's two fancy outfits for the two formal nights then at least two cover ups Then your straightener, curler, and other hair products Here is another version of all that i said: ~ 7 pairs of bottoms ~ 14 shirts or less ~ 2 Sandals, 2 Flip Flops, 1 Tennis Shoes, and 1 pair of Dress Shoes ~ 3 Swimsuits ~ Lots of underwear ~ a few Bras ~ a few Socks ~ 4 sets of p.j.s ~ 2 Fancy Outfits ~ 2 Cover Ups ~ a few sun dresses ~ SUNGLASSES!!! ~ Straightener, curler, any other hair product ~ regular stuff you would use everyday (tooth brush, hair brush, tooth paste, ECT. Then some stuff I found online= Pack for the various activities of the cruise including exercise wear, swim wear, formal wear, casual clothes for the daytime and sports/resort casual clothes for after 6:00 PM. After you pack look at what you have and try to eliminate as much as you can; think mix and match tops and bottoms and plan to wear each piece twice; or do laundry on ship (or use the laundry service). yes there are night clubs on board, check out the ships page on carnival.com to see further details on the many bars and clubs on board. and as far as sneaking liquor on goes, most standard ways have about a 50% success rate, rum runners, when not used on spring break have a much higher success rate. but for someone to say dont bother is just silly because i know plenty of people who just stick their liquor in their luggage and get away with it, its really all just luck of the draw! bring a couple nice outfits for dinner, pack a cover up because you arent supposed to eat in the buffet in just your bikini, summer clothes are fine for island days and i wear sundresses on sea days, and dresses you would have worn to a semi-formal on the formal nights. some people wear gowns and tuxedos, but most people really dont anymore! but i will wear a dress or a high waisted skirt every single night to dinner. dont forget sun block and aloe- the sun is so much stronger in the Caribbean, dont forget your basics like make up,hair brush, perfume, shampoo and conditioner because assuming you are just like me and you would hate the ship shampoo, it sounds silly to remind someone of the basics but most of the time, its basic items that get forgotten and buying a hairbrush on board will cost you near 10 dollars! nice sandals for when your feet are killing you from wearing heels all night, so that you dont ruin your outfits:)
