What company gives out performing permission for "Our Town?"?

• I need to know what company gives out permission for groups to perform the play "Our Town" by Thornton Wilder because as I research I think that certain companies give out permission for certain plays and I can't seem to find who gives the performance permission out for "Our Town." It would be even better if someone could tell me the guidelines that you have to legally follow (because of copyright laws and stuff like that) when performing this particular play. As I understand it the guidelines and requirements vary from who gives out the performing permission and who the author is. I need to know because the drama leader at our school has gained permission to perform "Our Town" but he is changing so much stuff that it seems like most of it would go against the performance guidelines. I want to check behind him to prevent any problems to call him out on it because the changes are getting annoying and frustrating for everyone who is involved and we wouldn't want a big legal incident.
