Why do women who work in the Private Sector get paid more than Men in private sector jobs?

Obama's Administration pays 18% less to Women. Women are not as valuable workers on average b/c they often put their career on hold for many years to have a child. Its just simple economics and has nothing to do with sexism. Women are also less likely to be employed in higher income jobs because they are more right brained then left brained, then are men. Its just the way it is. Either women will have to stop having children and stop being caring and beautiful and friendly or the govt will have to artificially raise their employment value. Both are impractical. Fairness is not equality, in a moral and free society based on meritocracy.

Hypocrisy rules supreme in liberal la la land. Or maybe it's because private sector women are better looking. How much would you pay Hillary, Janet Napolitano, Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters.....?
