• I have had terrible allergies since i was 4 years old. I got tested when i was 5, and i'm allergic to Dust, pollen, cigarette smoke, bee stings and mold/mildew. I have tried literally every over the counter allergy pills. I've even had some prescription medication. None of it works. I LOVE the outdoors but doing the things i like to do are impossible because of my runny nose, itchy and swollen eyes, and rashes on my arms/legs. I haven't been tested since i was 5. should I go get tested again? Are there any natural cures for allergies? Im desperate here, im willing to try everything here. Thanks

  You were tested, so why did you not get shots? Since it has been awhile, you would need to be retested again and then you could get allergy desensitization shots. After a few years on the shots, your allergies should be gone. This is actually a natural cure because the shots are a very tiny extract of what you are allergic to. The dosage is slowly increased until it is as strong as what you are encountering normally. I had a series of allergy shots lasting nine years and it did me a lot of good. It is rare that I get any hay fever at all now and I used to have severe hay fever.
