How can i get a pyrotechnic license?

How can I get my license back?! PLEASE HELP!?

• Okay so when I was 17 I got to two speeding tickets about six months apart and three daytime curfew violations (do those affect my license?). The first speeding ticket also had no proof of insurance but its my sisters car and i didnt know, and no possession of license because i didnt have it on me, the second was just a plain speeding ticket. then i found my license was suspended. so i know that the speeding tickets are 1 point each but how many points can you have before they suspend your license if your under 18? but now im 18 so does that mean i can get 3 points before they suspend my license and i can get it back? or am i wrong? Just can someone tell me how i can get my license back please and i already know i have to pay for the tickets. so would i have to got to traffic school? and is there any payment methods they can work out with you? please answer fast i have court soon!

  why don't you just contact your licensing department and have them look at your situation. they can tell you all the specifics about 'points' and all the rest. some of it may also be resting on how the state/county/city...whichever you've offended...views things in line with the law. asking here isn't going to help you much, especially since different states have different laws and systems for these things.
