How to get skinny legs ?

Okay, so I have really muscley legs and to be honest I would rather thin ones. I was wondering how to get rid of the fat without gaining muscle because muscle isn't attractive. I'm a teenager and I would do anything to have skinny legs. I hate wearing shorts or jeans because of my legs. Im pretty sure big thighs and calves are in my genes because my sister and mum have big legs. I there any diet or excercise to do so? And also I have a pretty thin stomach so everything I eat goes straight to my thighs and calves. Please help I need them thin by summer and it's autumn now so I have six months? HELP!

You need to concetrate on your nutrition - If you workout alot with your legs, then you get muscles ofcource, but otherwise you need to concentrate on the diet to get skinny legs. To get skinny fast then the calorie intake should look like this: FAT: 20-30 % of your meal should be fat. Fat is necessary even when you want to lose weight. Your body used the fat during exercise and workout, and especially at cardio exercise are the fat used. The carbohydrates are used quite quickly during workout and then the fat is needed. Fat is also needed to gain vitamins A, D, E and K. You find the healthy fat in nuts, avocado, fish, seeds – Don’t rely on fat in junk food etc. PROTEINS: 1.2 grams of proteins per kilogram of body weight each day for people who exercise and those who don’t exercise, only need around 0.8 gram per kilogram each day. You find proteins in meat, fish, birds, tofu, nuts, eggs. VITAMINS & MINERALS: A fish oil capsule and vitamin pill is good if you don’t get the necessary from you diet. They help on your bones and if you exercise a lot you should look at calcium and iron CARBS: 50-60% of your meal should be carbs. If you don’t have any and your workout, then you will discover that you can’t run as fast or long and sometimes the exercise becomes rather painful -Besides your brain also need carbs. You find carbs in bread, potatoes, rice, fruits, vegetables and roots. Use the combination of the above and you should start seeing a rapid weight loss soon
