What are some good home lunch ideas?
-
I don't eat chicken or turkey or seafood, I am allergic to raw fruits and veggies (I can eat them if I have some sort of bread, crackers, etc) I need something high in protein and low In carbs. This is for school lunch and I have an insulated lunch box and thermos. THANKS!

Answer:
Peanut butter and belly sandwich, or just a peanut butter sandwich! Peanut butter has protein ^.^ If you don't like peanut butter, try other nut butters such as almond butter or Nutella. Since you can have raw veggies on bread, put some in a sandwich with hummus for protein. You could also make egg salad :) Another great option is a melted cheese sandwich! Cheese has protein ^.^
