How much does a Russian/English translation cost?

It used to be customary to charge more for some languages than others, but that is generally no longer the case. If the Hebrew is of similar difficulty, expect to pay the same.

Free on internet sites such as Google Translate. The trick is knowing the grammatical structures of the foreign language, otherwise those translator sites will mess you up. But if you don't know absolutely any of the foreign language, then my answer is useless.
