Any airline managers know policy for hiring a felon?/ and a lawyer?

• I have a friend who has worked for 24yrs, for a major airline. Lets say one of the top 5. Recently she tried to sue another friend she invested with in a business. The business died, and 20,000+ was lost. My one friend lost 5,000, and the other lost 15,000. I listened to both and the investment was suppose top be 50/50. In the lawsuit my 1 friend stated she was suppose to get all her money back no matter what. Then and profit would be split 50/50. Even without me testifying, there is mounds of proof, that the investment was to be 50/50. My other friend lawyer said if we can prove she lied on purpose she could be charged with perjury, which is a felony. My first question is if my 1st friend goes to court and found to have perjuried herself, is that a felony for real? And if my 1st friend drops the case now even though she lied in court papers, can she still be charged with a felony. That is for the lawyer person. For the airline manager, if my friend is now charged with a felony after working for this airline for 24yrs can she be forced to resign, or befired? And I just thought of another question , could my friend if fired now lose her pesion?
