  • I've been applying for jobs online since Spring Break. I got no replies yet. I tried 4 Vons stores, Kids footlocker, 3 Albertsons, Carls Jr, 2 Applebees, Petco, Petsmart, and Payless. I just want to know, do they get my application? I just feel like they didnt get anything. And aren't they suppose to call me for an interview or am I suppose to call them?

    some companies send a message thanking you for your application or interest in their firm. since you have not heard anything, then you're probably having a technical problem. there is usually a way to go into each company's website or career area and check your application status. if you had to create an ID then this is how you can check the status of your application. if there is no way to check the status of your application online then call the company to find out if there are other options for new applicants because some companies have made their job applications strictly online. after that you will know what to do next. just a reminder, when you fill out applications on or offline make sure to fill out all of the sections, this is usually a good standard to follow. if your application was not complete then it might still be in the system waiting for you to come back in and complete it. hope this is helpful to you. i am here if you want to chat further. much success to you.

You should wait until you have met the employer in person before agreeing to a direct deposit option.
