Which act are followed by apollo tyre for control pollution?

Internal crack of Apollo Tyre?

• Recently I have purchased 10.00x20 Apollo tyre (includinding Tube and Tape) . It cost me about 380 us$.Tyre was fixed to front left of my Tipper (300 cub.ft.). After running about 200 km there was tyre punch on same tyre. After removing from the Rim it was observed that the tube was punched where tyre doesn't touch the ground (Side of the Tyre).Actually it seems to be on a joint. Further there was an internal crack about 3 ft length. Is this happened due to the tyre punch or due to the weakness of the Tyre. This tyre was manufactured on April 2010..I used it on Mau 2012. If there are any Tyre Experts please give me some instructions to deal with the Tyre shpo since they are reluctant to give a new tyre.

  THEN go back and talk to the manager and if he refuses to believe the damage was not their problem find out where the corporate head quarters and start a letter writing campaign to all of the executive officers you can get names for do your best to keep someone from possibly getting killed by defective tires and put that in the letter the more people you get talking about it in the company the more chance they will not ignore you send a letter addressed to just the "president" of the apollo company and the vice president and so on and so forth squeaky wheel gets the grease.
