Is an egg living or non living?

Living things vs non-living conditions?

  • on a list of things my science class were told we had to know for our test (on ecology), it said 'living things vs non-living conditions'. i can't remember being taught this and i'm confused as to what my teacher means by this. can someone please explain what this means and the difference between the two? also, is it something to do with mrs gren? i thought it would make more sense as '...vs non-living things,' but apparently not. how can you compare and differ between living things and conditions? thx in advance for any answers :)
