How can I increase oestrogen levels?

  I am so sorry. I know how hard this is. You do not want to take any supplements that will affect your estrogen levels as it can negatively impact your next IVF cycle. Sometimes your first IVF cycle can be a bit of trial and error because your doctor does not know how you will respond to treatment. Now that you doctor is aware, he will increase your medication dose to help those levels be where they should so you will respond better to treatment. If you do want to seek some sort of help before your next cycle, find an acupuncturist. Though they ended in a loss because of my diagnosis, the only times I got pregnant via IVF was when I was under the care of an acupuncturist. My embryo quality went from okay to “Beautiful.” I highly recommend it! Also, do check your clinics’ success rates for your age group. If you are in the USA check out sart.org. Make certain your clinic has great success rates for your age group and has a lot of patients. Compare to other clinics as well. If they do not have a large clientele and good success rates find another clinic. Good luck!
