How to make a website help me pls :)?

  • can u pls tell me a site where i can make a web site for free . i need to make a web site where ppl can comment on videos/pic /sorties but cant post any story or anything them self but will have to sent it to me to post it online when they make their accounts i need their name , email & number this is a safe site i need to make it for my school and the school has over 3000 ppl in it and the teachers want me to be in charge of the website coz they trust me. but where and how can i make the website and have all those thing on it and how can i update it everyday pls and thx for the help xx

you can use use wix,it has all facilities you need,it has 5HTML,flash,but it does not support log in feature but you can set passwords for the users!!!
