What is this anime called? PLEASE HELP?!?

Okay, so I watched this fan-made video on Youtube a few years back and I do NOT remember what it was called. I think the whole video basically summarizes the plot. There's this guy, who really needed to get a girl's kiss, in order to gain power or something like that. The girl, I think knew why he needed to kiss her, but she wouldn't let him, for whatever reason. I'm pretty sure they're in highschool. So he just follows her everywhere and tries to kiss her every chance he's got. But I think one day the guy is in a battle with some villain or something and he, I think bangs his head on a rock. And he's like almost dying, until the girl gives him a kiss. I don't remember what happens next. Sorry if this is confusing and messed up. I just really want to know what anime it is. It's probably some fantasy/romance/action anime. I don't know. Thank you!
