How to study for the fill in the blank vocabulary S.A.T!?

• My S.A.T date is on the 2nd of June. I've been primarily studying the math section because my brother told me its essential and i basically suck at math. I skimmed through the PSAT in my SAT Study text book and i looked at the vocabulary, and my jaw dropped. I didn't know at least 25-50% of the choices...I asked my friend how she studied for the vocabulary and she told me to carefully study endings and root words and stuff. How do i do that...

  The thing about English is it has more words than any other language. Vocab takes a lifetime to accumulate. One cannot simply amass an SAT quality vocabulary through a crash course by June 2. However, since you're interested in study I've provided a helpful link to the most common SAT vocab words. The best way to learn new vocab is to use each word in a unique sentence that you understand.
