How do I order from German amazon?

Can you cancel a shipping soon order on Amazon and how long does it take?

So I need to cancel an order. It says shipping soon and under returns it appears as not yet shipped. I contacted the seller through Amazon and told them to cancel my order. So my questions are, first of all, is it possible for the order to be cancelled at this point? Two, if it is, how long will it take for them to process my request and refund my money. And three, will the order still appear under my orders after it has been cancelled, and if so what will it say? Please answer this question, time is EXTREMELY important in my situation. Thank you.
