Is something wrong with my ferret?

Where do I get ferret smell? Or SOMETHING for this MOUSE/RAT ISSUE.?

• My apartment has MICE. Or possibly RATS worse case senerio. I just saw one, and caught two. I just learned that mice fear odeur de ferret, but it's not like my mom would let me have one, and I don't like them so It would be cruel to get one just because of it's scent. And it's not like I can just walk into a pet store and buy (no, not buy. get.) ferret clippings to sprinkle over the place. I just saw one and nearly had a heart attack, no one in my family including I would mind getting a cat, though. I adore them, actually. I'd love one... this is only encouragement. I'm dead scared of mice. I nearly had a heart attack. I can hear them squeaking in the walls even now. They must be having sex or something. I'm serious. I DO NOT WANT ANY MORE OF THOSE VERMIN IN MY APARTMENT. it's bad enough I have them! I don't want rat babies! I have a horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible dreadful awful fear of them. I'd sleep on one of those swinging peices of cloth suspended on sticks if I could. DID YOU KNOW THAT THEY CAN CLIMB UP WALLS AND STAIRS? I DIDN'T UNTIL I SAW THE THING!!!! I'm gonna have nightmares. I'm so scared.I'm so scared.I'm so scared. Please, where can I find ferret smells? (I don't know how to phrase that any better. Oh, BQ.) Or should I just get a cat? Kittens or a cat? Would a tom or a molly do? Should I just move somewhere else? I think I'd have enough money with a loan.

  Ok first calm down. Ferrets stink you really don't want that smell around. You could get a cat some cats are good mousers I've had 9 cats altogether, 3 have been hunters, none of the 4 I have now are, 3 of the 4 cats I have now are scared of rats, I know of lots of rats who aren't scared of cats and some rats will even attack cats. If I were you I'd just move because you will never be comfortable there and you will just be waiting for the mice/rats to come back.
