Facebook problem, help?

PLEASE HELP ME! MAJOR FACEBOOK PROBLEM!?

I have 2 Facebook accounts. The other I went out of my newest one to check out my old one and when I went back to my newest one it said that it sent a confirmation code to my phone number. The thing is I can't go back on until I get that code from a text message. I used my old phone number (because its the one I'm used to) and now I don't know where it is and I really need it. I tried looking for something to send a message about a problem to Facebook but I can't find their e-mail! Please help me out or something, like find Facebook's contact center's e-mail. Because I can't do anything (including changing my phone number) until I get that code!

you will have to find a way to contact facebook now - facebook has detected that you broke the rules by creating more than one account so they locked the account
