What can I wear to match my date for prom? (Makeup, hair & accessories)?

Okay, so I have a Lime Green Prom Dress, ball gown style & my date has a purple shirt and black suit. I have no idea how we are going to match this, but I would LOVE to get some HELP! I have an idea for makeup but I have no idea for hair and accessories. I want to have my hair down and maybe curly. But I'm totally confused with the makeup :S & I don't know how to put the picture of my dress on here, but if you go on Google images and type in "lime green prom dress" its the first one. I was thinking of going with purple eye shadow and green eye liner at under my eyes like a Katy Perry style but I don't know if it's too much for this dress... I just need help to match my date!

Cute dress but for ur eyes i think katy perry eyes will look great. Maybe u should try it on and c how it looks be4 which sure you've already tried but when i typed n "lime green prom dress" the lady n the pic had on dark green eyeshadow. Another great eyeshadow style is zebra my friend showed me the video its really easy 2 learn how 2 do it just go on youtube.
