How to drag and drop a JPanel to another JPanel?

ITUNES DRAG AND DROP IS NOT WORKING!!!!?????? HELP!!!!?

This is so FRUSTRATING!!!!!! I used to just drag and drop my Purchased songs to my Ipod with no problem until today. Itunes for some reason doesn't want me to drag and drop anymore. It's not letting me and all I want to do is transfer all Purchased songs to my shuffle Ipod. I drag and drop the purchased songs because it's not transferring my purchased songs so I do drag and drop it to my Ipod. PLEASE HELP!!! Anyone that has a clue and answer to this problem. Thank you for your help!! I need help on this!!!
