How can a 13 year old boy get a hard, flat stomach?

Hi, so recently I've been wanting to get rid of all this fat that's been hanging on my stomach. I'm a boy by the way. All I want is to lose all my fat and get a nice toned flat stomach. So currently I have abs when I tense, but when I don't you can see light shadows. The problem is, I have a layer of fat covering them. I'm not even sure if it's fat or loose skin, but I really want to lose this layer. I also have these lose handles that poke out, except they don't really jiggle like loose skin or hang around.I'm not really big boned, I'm actually really skinny. I'm 169 cm, and weigh around 45-46 kg. I don't want to eat more, I just need to know HOW I can get rid of this layer. I wouldn't mind abs too, if I can get them along the way ;) So currently this is what I do: Morning (Before I go to school): -Crunches till failure -Leg Raises till failure -Side Crunches x10 each side -Plank till failure Rest 1 minute and repeat once Afternoon: -20 crunches -10 reverse crunches -10 leg raises -3 Static Leg raises until failure -Rest 1 minute and repeat. Then I go to run for 4KM around my neighborhood. For breakfast I normally have a Bun (hose asian ones you get at the chinese bakery) and some milk. For lunch I eat 1 fruit, and For dinner I eat a bowl of rice, soup, veggies and a bit of meat. I drink water whenever I can. How could I lose that layer of fat/loose skin that's stopping me from having a flat stomach? What are some good exercises, and how long will it take? I don't want some answers about eating more, cause I'm growing fine right now. I just need to know how to get rid of that layer of fat/loose skin and those love handles. Thanks. (:

Your routine is good. But eat lots of rich in protein foods in the morning. And you should not eat lots of foods in the evening because that is the reason why people are fat. Continue your routine not 7 times a week but 5 times a week will do. Trust me. I am fat when I was 14 years old I am 65 kg and when I turn to 16yrs old my body became muscular and slim. I am also a Kyokushin karate practitioner, now i am 17 yrs old and my body is in shape. Try to spend your time in martial arts. It will help you to develop your mental and physical aspects.

sure he can I started bodybuilding when I was 12. your 169 cm and 45 kg that mean that your skinny as hell. you don't want to lose weight all you need to is to gain muscle, an if you want to do that; you need to eat healthy(a lot of protein, fair amount of carbs etc...) and exercise hard. If you want to get riped you need to work out serious. Its better to go to a gym (if your parents doesn't). for lunch you eat 1 fruit! no wonder why are your skinny, you need to eat enough carbs you idiot. how can you grow muscle if you don't have enough nutrition to live. you need to eat about 2000 calories a day. Your workout is really silly. do 4 sits of push up, 4 sits of crunches, 2 sits of leg raises, every sit 10 rips. you need to exercise regularly at least 30 mins each day. dont fatigue yourself cUSE IT ONLY DAMAGE your muscle and prevent them from growing, so dont do the ''until failure thing.''
