Is America the fattest nation in the world?

I live in Britain and i heard that in America in one state 1 in 4 people have obesity is that false or just stating the obvious?
Answer:

It depends on who you ask. I learned Micronesia was in my Ecology class, but Forbes website says Nauru is. America might not be the most obese yet, but could be working its way up there.
