How To Get Tumblr Followers?

How are some good ways to get followers on Tumblr?

• I have a tumblr: itsbarbiehere.tumblr.com (hipster) + bohodaydreamers.tumblr.com (boho) and on mainly the hipster one, I get more followers and I'm almost at my goal, How do you think I could get heaps of followers over this weekend? x

• Answer:

  Try to post original content everyday and make sure there's some nice variety on your blog. Quality always over quantity. When you do reblog something (which you should), comment on it thoughtfully. People frequently look at the notes for witty rebuttals, interesting snippets or whatever. Also, don't post every five seconds. People will unfollow you or be put off by the fact that they know you'll be all over their dashboard. Unfortunately, since your blog is hipster, people are going to be really put off anyways. Those are literally a dime a dozen on tumblr and that kind of blog is mocked all the time. Keep at it, though, and don't even worry about followers.
