What happened to Office Attachments?

Unable to open attachments in my emails?

  • I haven't been able to open any attachments in my emails for the past 3 weeks. I have to forward the email to my hotmail account to open it. I really don't understand what has happened. Today I could not even open my mail in 3 of our office computers. Once you click on mail it shows 'temporarily out of service, unable to open mail' Please help! Is there a virus or something.
