  • hi i am 13 yrs old and i weigh 6 stone but i am also really skinny so if u sore me in the street u wouldn't think i was 6 stone but i am also really tall so i have wat it takes to be a model some people say to be a model you have to get spotted by a model scout is this true or can you become a model through a website or is there model schools and also would u hav to stop go in to school if you became a model or still go because i think that would be really awkward as you would be famous and every1 might ask for your autograph so all answers please make them understandable though thank !!!!

    you have to be at least 5'8 to become a runway model that is walking down the runway but if your a little shorter you can do print and be in magazines and stuff. you can go on a website a good one is robert black ford agency they represent many models but i heard 99% of the applications get denied and very few get in. also if you do become a model you will not go famous right away you gotta work alot and get famous brands like calvin klein dolce & gabbana , armani to do runways for them. best of luck to you :)

Very few models are scouted on the street. Most models become models by having their parents submit their photos to reputable agencies or bringing them to open calls at agencies. As you are under 18 your parents have to do this on your behalf All of these agencies are legit http://www.associationofmodelagents.org/ama-membership/list-of-current-members.html Each agency website will have information on how to send in photos and if they hold open calls or not. An open call is a time when you can go to the agency office and they will tell you on the spot if you are model material or not For example Storm, the top agency in the UK, either allows you to submit photos through their website application and they hold open calls every weekday 10-12 and 2-4 where your parents can bring you to the office, they look at you, measure you, photograph you and tell you right there if you are model material or not
