How to Convert a Procedural Programming into Object-Oriented Programming?

How do i convert dd/mm/yyyyy to dd-mm-yyyy using pascal programming?

  • using pascal programming language convert dd/mm/yyyy to dd-mm-yyyy the program should end when the data entered is 01/01/1000 i need your assistance on this please.

  • Answer:

If you mean Pascal for Windows (Delphi), then you can use the in-built functions to do this. var MyDateTimeVar: TDateTime; s: string; begin s := FormatDateTime('dd-mm-yyyy',MyDateTimeVa… ... if you mean Pascal for console (DOS), then it doesn't handle dates directly, and you should store them as strings. In this case you would do a character replace operation on the date string to replace the '/' for '-' as described in the second answer to your first question. I hope this is helpful... but feel free to mail me ([email protected]) should you have further questions. Mystic
