How to change what program to my utorrent instead of vuze?

Cant change volume on mac?

  • thanks for looking, my problem is that the sound works fine on my imac mid 2010 model 10.5 but i cant change the volume on the settings. either in the preferences or on the keyboard or on the top sized bar. if im using something like itunes or VLC i can change the volume up and down fine on that program. but i cant mute or go up or down on the volume for the computer if i restart the computer it works fine again. but after a couple of hours of use it goes back to not working again. the only programs i really use are chrome itunes photoshop vuze awaken (alram program) VLC ive turned all these programs off but nothing will happen. the only thing i can think is that when i turn off the alram on the awaken program. it messes with the sound preference. but theres nothing on the net about it got any ideas why?

  • Answer:

You should have provided your OS installed on your Mac, since this problem could be related to it. Anyways, if the sound preference works properly after a restart, than there is no hardware problem. There might be a performance issue which you might be facing.
