    This question has nothing to do with alcohol, but as a general guideline: a) 1/2 is the same as .50 b) 1/4 is the same as .25 c) 3/4 is the same as .75 d) 4/5 is the same as .80 e) 1 1/2 is the same as 1.50 From there - multiplying within the number of students (using LCD) should be able to give you the answers. Just remember to round off as needed, where appropriate.

You just need to divide the amount by the number of students. So for A), it's 1/2*1/8, being 1/16th. B) would be 1/4*1/4, etc. Reduce to the lowest common denominator if needed. The kids who are getting D) aren't getting a whole lot!
