How much would it cost to attend USC-CA resident for the last two years of a 4-year degree?
-
I will be attending a community college this fall for the first time. I want a BFA-Acting from USC. If I attend a community college for the first two years then transfer to USC, how much would it cost? I live with my mom about 30 minutes from USC. Thanks!

Answer:
Depending on the community college you attend, the average price is about 29 dollars per unit. For a UC or CSU afterward, it's about 90 dollars per unit. Normally you'd need about 150 units to graduate, depending on the school of course. You'll save about 30,000 for going to a community college for two years and then transferring to a four year in CA. That amount does not include housing and food, books, etc. it's only tuition which is roughly 12,000-17,000 a year at a normal four year college.
