Can some people just naturally yodel ?

• Ok so I wanted to learn how to yodel so I listened to songs like "he taught me to yodel" and when I tried for the first time because I had a pattern in my head I wasn't that bad, I still need some work but if I keep practicing and maybe singing "he taught me to yodel" will I get better?   Yes to all the things you asked about. That song is a good start. Check out Taylor Ware on Youtube, she about your age, and very impressive. Yodeling is something that will take time to become even reasonably good at.
