How can i make my youtube videos famous?

I just made a youtube channel for makeup tutorials and i only got like 80 views or 100 on my videos in 3 week and 11 subscribers. i need more. i only have 3 videos so far. what can i do so people and go to my channel and watch my videos. i know that people message alot of people saying sub for sub, but i dont like that. what should i do please help. you can check out my channel at http://www.youtube.com/ebeautify1 and i also got another channel for random videos http://www.youtube.com/cubanshorty305 thanks :)
