What are Philadelphia's "colors?

What colors look good on pale skin?

• Well, I'm really pale. Like my friends say I sometimes look like a ghost o___o And that I should get a tan real soon. Thing is, I don't think my mom would let me go to a tanning salon or anything like that. Besides, I like the way I am so no need to change. My older sister Priscilla is very pale like me but she always seems to be not ghost like. So I'm wonder if it's the color of the clothes I wear. -I wear mostly black, dark colors. I don't seem to like bright colors because I feel like I'll attract too much attention and I won't look good in bright colors. I- have dark brown hair and dark brown eyes. If this helps, my eyes change to shade of green when my eyes hit the sunlight. -Really pale. -Girl (Obviously) So, now that I described myself a little, what colors do you think that will look good on me? Colors that won't make me look too ghost like and can kinda bring out my hair and eye color? Thank you :)

  First of, you are so freaking lucky. -.- Im really tan and i haatee it, i mean being tan is in no way a bad thing and most people love it but its just not myy thing, i cant dye my hair and do my makeup certain ways and just blaahh. But thats off subject, back to you. I would try wearing like spring colors. They dont have to be bright though! :} (Black makes you look moore pale and ghostly but that doesnt mean you cant incorporate black into your outfits )And if spring colors are not your thing, just try out different maybe a little more colorful than usual clothes! Oh and white is supposed to make you look more tan and less pale but i dont know because if your thhaaat pale it might not work or even make it worsee. I hope i somewhat helped? :)
