What's this train I've heard about that runs from Cedar Park, TX to San Antonio and back?
-
When I try to google this, I only find a Cedar Park train ride that is an actual ride, but a guy I met after recently moving to Cedar Park said there was a train here that would take you directly to downtown San Antonio and back, and people use it all the time here for little shopping trips or whatever. Can anyone direct me to a site for this and/or give me some info about it, if it really exists? What does it cost, what is it called?

Answer:
Yes there is a steam train in Cedar Park but no it doesn't go to San Antonio. It is not for transportation but rather recreation. It goes to the town of Bertram. There are also novelty rides like mystery theatre type thing.
