You can't - he'll help you ascend spiritually as long as you work with him, but as your soul is now, it is of little use to him; he won't trade you his power or services for it. Though some other beings, minor and great, may accept such a deal. It's a bad deal, though. Oh, and some smart guys try to peddle their soul to multiple entities... ...Just ouch.
