PHP Upload/Posting script.?

Hi!! Well, I;m working on a website im good with HTML/CSS that's all good I made myself a good layout, anyways I'm not good at PHP... Iv'e tried to watch some tutorials from thenewboston, but I just can't do that iv'e dropped 3 languages from him (Java, Python, and PHP) because im not that kind of learner I spend a month and I can't do anything! I have to be sitting beside someone and they have to be talking to me, thats how I learn (tried books to but they just end up collecting dust). So is there anyone that has another strategy of learning for me or could possibly supply me with a script. Well basically I want it to be a site to upload minecraft mods. So I need a way for an uploader and a poster thats the best way to explain it. Basically I want someone to be able to type in a box, blah blah blah, whatever there mod is about, upload there file and click post and its on the website. To me in the stages of these videos im watching seems CRAZY I have no idea how to do any of that because i cant learn anything from videos... But if someone could help me by making one for me (highly doubt it but I will fully credit you) Or pointing me towards a free script somewhere. (Im broke cant purchase anything as im on free host for now going to run adverts for a bit than start paying for hosting) THANKS FOR ANY HELP!!
