What is the program to use besides limewire & frostwire to burn cd's?

I use to to use limewire then went and started using frostwire, now i hace a new laptop and if it wasnt already on here u cant download it anymore, so i need help with this. tell me who u use it and how simple and quick it is to use and download songs on cds. Because limewire you could get the newest songs that just come out on the radio to the oldest and i need another site to do as well can you help me??? pleaseeee
