How do I move a folder to another folder?

In My Pictures how do I move a photo from one folder to another folder on Windows 7?

• I just got a new desktop and I can't figure out how to transfer one photo out of one folder to another folder.Its like Windows 7 does not give me that option like Windows XP did on my old desktop.

  If you are moving a file into a subfolder of the one your in, you can just left click and drag it into the folder. Also, cut and paste works. Now this is for moving the file as opposed to copying the file. If you open two windows and you want to move the picture to an entirely different folder in a different place, you will need to right click and drag and then when you let go of the mouse button a little menu will pop up and you can choose to copy or move. Also, some of the file options are under "Organize" instead of file. (for example the select all)
